Court

In the event that the parties involved in your case are unwilling to settle outside of the court room, your case will be presented in front of a judge and jury of your peers. These are people just like you who are compelled to find a fair response to your injuries based on the facts they hear during the trial.

You may be asked to describe your accident and injuries and answer questions. This is called testimony. Its purpose is to draw out the truth, so the jury can make a fair decision based on the facts of the case.
